“I want to be what I am.” This was what I often said to myself in youth due to ignorance. Kind of stubborn, the little girl was quite determined to develop her own interests and personality.
A big ambition, isn’t it?
Probably getting the idea, which is that everyone is born special, from a fantasy novel written at least four hundred years ago, and then being convinced that we must not be identical to one another to not waste our uniqueness.
I’m not going to say I was a well-disciplined child once upon a time; nevertheless, I kind of miss her and her dream.
